June 2007:

I have left for Paris to join the Blue Planet Run. Check out http://www.blueplanetrun.org to track the run.

May 2006:

RunSlim Rock N' Run 10k - http://www.runslim10k.com - REGISTER TODAY!

Please visit http://www.adventuresforthecure.com. Patrick Blair and Adam Driscoll will be biking across the USA this summer to raise money for the American Diabetes Association and Kupenda. They are amazing dudes. I know this because I recently met them out for a few beers and their passion, drive, and drinkng ability awed me. Seriously, I urge you to support them!

I turn 30 on May 20 and to mark the occasion I will be running 76 miles - get it? I was born in 1976. I will be doing this to help raise money for the Adventures for the Cure team and because I can think of no better way to celebrate. Click here for a detailed summary of the run and estimated times. -- If you are in the DC area please join me for a little or a lot...I would hate to run 76 miles all alone.

Book Status: It's coming sometime...
